Paul joined the team in March 2020. In a fast growing business, Paul’s expertise became essential. He joined the St. James's Place Partnership in January 2019, so had a strong knowledge of the St. James’s Place structure and systems.
Paul’s primary duty is to oversee the running of the business and the management of our team and associates who form the Administration and Paraplanning elements of the Practice.
Paul has over 6 years previous experience in the pensions industry, and a further 15 years in the Finance and Client Servicing Areas in Hospitality.
Paul’s organisational skills and vast client experience, will be a key asset to moving the business forward.
Fiona joined our team in July 2015. Fiona supports Kath in the day to day financial care of all of our clients.
Bringing along her calm and organised nature, Fiona ensures the day to day administration runs smoothly.
Fiona’s previous role was as a Premier Manager at HSBC, and with over 36 years financial services experience, she was a must for our growing business.
New to the team in 2018 is Bernie Burke, Bernie has been brought into the business for her wealth of experience in managing client needs, and her organised administrative skills. With more than 35 years’ experience, with HSBC as a Premier Manager and 3 years at the Skipton, her knowledge can only complement the design, development and continuous improvement of our client relationship management.
Karen joined our team in October 2013. Karen is also responsible for all aspects of Paraplanning, from liaising with existing companies, to analysing client data, to providing detailed recommendation reports.
Her attention to detail is excellent, taking utmost pride in the quality of her work.
Karen’s previous role includes Senior Premier Manager and Branch Manager at HSBC. With over 25 years financial services experience, she is an asset to the smooth running of the company.
Martin joined our team in May 2014, he is an essential addition to our paraplanning team, providing excellent recommendation reports for our clients.
Martins’ previous role includes over 18 years’ experience in a variety of banking roles with HSBC.
Martin works in a very methodical way, paying particular attention to detail.
Andrea joined the team in October 2016. She is a great asset to our company, bringing with her 25 years of Lloyds Bank client service experience, undertaking a variety of roles including Customer Service Manager and Assistant Bank Manager.
Her attention to detail and compliance is perfect, creating great suitability reports to our clients.
Andrea’s organisational skills are outstanding, which complement our busy workforce.
